Birches Group is pleased to announce that it will continue to offer its 5-day workshop for Integrating Human Resources in 2019. The 5-day course synthesizes all three Birches Group course offerings to include: Job Design and Evaluation, Compensation Management, and Recognition and Reward.
The integrated course aims to cover the 4 main areas in HR: jobs, markets, skills, and performance. We recognize that it has always been a challenge to secure talent, build your workforce, and enable performance, and even more so to integrate all of these. In the span of five intensive days, workshop participants will learn the fundamentals of how to link the four critical areas of Human Resources and become strategic partners in their own organizations.
While the Workshop covers a broad range of foundational principles and concepts, it has been designed to include a number of practical exercises that will allow participants to quickly apply their learnings. Daily diagnostic activities will help participants examine their own organizations based on the practices raised for each module of the workshop.
The workshop is built on Birches Group’s integrated Human Resource platform – Community™. The Community™ application will be used across the job evaluation, skills assessment, and performance evaluation exercises.

We limit participation in each workshop to a maximum of 25 participants in order to allow for sufficient interaction, networking, and hands-on exercises.

The standard fee for participation is $2,000 for the five-day workshop (Integrating HR). Discount codes will be released through our bi-weekly email newsletters so make sure to look out for those!
Registrations will be closed 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.
The course fee includes course materials, lunches, and coffee/tea breaks. The course fee does not include accommodations, travel, local transportation, etc. Participants should make their own arrangements for these services, and should pay careful attention to the time required to obtain any necessary visas.
