Birches Group Virtual Roundtable for NGOs in Kenya

December 1, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

While the current worldwide pandemic has curtailed our ability to hold our regular in-country roundtable sessions, that doesn’t mean that we’ve stopped compiling insights and trends on local market conditions. Salary surveys are more important now than ever, especially in emerging markets where volatility is high and employers need expertly-sourced information on how to remain competitive in this new labor market landscape.

Birches Group is pleased to announce that we are holding a series of employer roundtables for select countries this December 2020. Just like our in-country roundtable events, this will feature highlights from our latest salary survey results, and gain insight on how it affects you as HR practitioners. This is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues from the NGO sector, and share challenges, best practices, and learn more about an innovative, integrated approach to HR management, Community™.
