Announcing Evergreen Surveys from Birches Group

Announcing Evergreen Surveys from Birches Group

Beginning in 2013, Birches Group surveys are going evergreen!  What are evergreen surveys, you may ask?

  • Our comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys will now be conducted continuously throughout the year, with four updates each year in each of our 148 survey countries
  • Data collection will follow your annual increases
  • Access for reports and Indigo will be for 12 months, including four updates

Why are we making this change?  Evergreen surveys allow us to align our survey process with your internal compensation cycle, making it easier for employers to contribute data. Four updates a year will ensure our data is the most updated available anywhere.  And clients will all be subscribers with access for a full 12-months, providing on-demand survey access.

We will be announcing more information about this important change in the coming weeks.  For more information about our surveys, please contact us.
