Birches Group is pleased to announce the expansion of our global multisector salary survey to seven new markets. This brings the total number of Birches Group multisector surveys to 155 high-growth and developing markets.
Beginning late in the fourth quarter of 2016, Birches Group will conduct surveys in the following countries and territories:
- Marshall Islands
- Federated States of Micronesia
We are excited to expand our survey coverage into these new markets. With the addition of the four surveys in the Caribbean and Central America, we will now cover all Central America markets, and a total of nine in the Caribbean.
The Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Palau are island nations in the Pacific, and will complement our coverage of that region, which already includes Fiji, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu (NGO survey only).
Employers from all sectors are invited to participate in the surveys. The survey captures comprehensive information about salaries and benefits for local employees (not expatriates). Participation is easy using the Birches Group streamlined approach, which includes in-person data gathering interviews, and job matching completed by the Birches Group consult on behalf of the employer.
Going forward, we will add these new markets into our “evergreen” survey cycle and issue updates three times a year, most likely beginning in July, 2017.
