Birches Group Announces New Collaborative Partnerships

Birches Group is pleased to announce three new collaborative partnerships as part of the company’s effort to grow our business in key markets globally.  The new partnerships cover Southern Africa (14 countries); Malawi and Haiti.

Seath Consulting – Our new partnership with Seath Consulting, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is focused on fourteen countries in southern Africa: Angola; Botswana; Lesotho; Madagascar; Malawi; Mauritius; Mozambique; Namibia; São Tome; Seychelles; South Africa; Swaziland; Zambia; and Zimbabwe.

Under the partnership, Seath Consulting will represent Birches Group in these markets with the aim to grow our surveys in all of the subject countries.  They will also identify opportunities for collaborative consulting projects.  We are already seeing the benefits of this partnership, in Malawi, where another partnership agreement has been reached through the efforts of Seath Consulting.

Employers’ Consultative Association of Malawi (ECAM) – We have reached an agreement with ECAM, the leading association for employers in Malawi, with over 250 member companies.  ECAM will co-sponsor our multisector survey and help to promote survey participation to all association members.  We will also be exploring possible training and other activities to provide professional development opportunities for HR professionals in Malawi.

Strategys Group – This firm, based in Haiti, will represent Birches Group in the Haiti market. The two principals are already familiar with our surveys for multisector and NGO clients, having been clients previously, and so are well equipped to promote the survey in the Haiti market.  Strategys provides a wide range of human resources services, including executive recruitment, talent management and employee engagement. We will also collaborate on compensation and benefits consulting projects (one project has already been completed).
