Announcing Birches Group Strategic Alliance with RavelWorks Africa

Effective immediately, Birches Group LLC is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Nairobi-based RavelWorks Africa, an independent HR consulting firm.  This new partnership brings together the firms’ combined expertise in human resources, compensation management, organization design, and learning and development to better serve our mutual clients in the East Africa region.  The alliance will focus primarily on clients in the NGO and SME sectors in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, Somalia, and Somaliland.

Under the partnership, RavelWorks Africa will offer their clients access to Birches Group products and services, including total compensation surveys and the Community™ suite of applications for job evaluation, skills assessment, and performance management.  In addition, the firms will collaborate on consulting assignments to deliver a wide range of human resources services to clients.
