Subscribers to Indigo™ gain access to data for salaries, fixed allowances, variable pay and benefits such as retirement, medical, housing and transportation. Users can compare their organization’s data to the overall market, and customize the employers included in the market comparison as desired (with limitations only to ensure confidentiality). You can switch between gross and net figures with one click. The system also includes options for aging data based on statistical analyses of historical data from each country.

Indigo™ contains a range of specialized reports such as social security and tax practices in each country, benefits provided by employers, and our comprehensive labour market profile.

Every report from the system can be displayed online, and exported to Excel, Word or PDF formats. This allows users to perform additional analysis and integrate Birches Group data with data from other sources, as well as facilitating sharing of survey information internally.
